  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries (except UAE)
  • Outside GCC, including but not limited to Africa

a. Within the UAE:
We strive to deliver all orders within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific location within the UAE.

b. Within GCC Countries (except UAE):
For orders shipped to other GCC countries, we estimate a delivery time of 20 business days from the date of order confirmation.

c. Outside GCC (e.g., Africa):
For orders shipped outside the GCC, including destinations such as Africa, delivery times range from 20 to 40 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
